The desk person was horrible. She took my credit card, left it on the counter, then had a 5-minute phone call in the back room. I yelled and knocked and yelled and knocked to get her attention and find out what was going on.. Finally she yelled just a minute. I yelled back that it had been 5 minutes. She came out. Was ugly any time I asked a question about registering. Yelled at me for having my phone in my hand. She said she didn’t trust me. I said I didn’t rust her. She wouldn’t process my reservation, so I said I was leaving. Then she gave me the key. The room smelled like purple cleaner and had been updated some.But the toilet handle had to be jiggled after every flush. The outlet bu the sink didn’t work. The fridge was not plugged in. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The wood was peelin fb off the door at points.on the good side, the tv was nice and the bed was perfect. Fire the desk person and update completely for a vast improvement. The picture below is where someone had written “bed bugs” on the registration desk molding.. Don’t show my name.
