Loved the self parking/ no additional cost. The lady who checked me in and helped me after was very pleasant. Quiet, easy access in and out with a convenient mall across the street. Overall great stay.

Room was very clean and beautiful. I had a top floor king room and it was very nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Lots of food and shopping close by. Free parking, easy and convenient. Liked the property a lot!

Ok stay
The check in process was quick and simple. Parking was a bit tight. Cars were parked haphazardly and space was small. Room was spacious but the room was not as clean. We found a dead roach on the floor, large stain on one of the pillows and hair on the shower wall. There was also an odor in the hallway. Overall the staff was nice.

My vehicle was broken into,along with several others. Windows smashed and property stolen. No security cameras or security personnel. Realized afterwards the parking lot is a dumping ground for stolen vehicles. Now I know.

Car club goers were tailgating outside lobby doors, was not family friendly upon our arrival. Front desk staff very professional and helpful. We called twice one night for shower soap replacement . We were promised help, but it never came. Had to call 3rd time the next am, it was replaced promptly.

I loved the property, everyone was nice and friendly. I just wished the duvet and the sheets were a little more clean. I had tons of hair in my bed, but I was able to get replacements.

I really liked this property, ALTHOUGH I left a pillow and a tiny blanket given to me by my mother, which was really special to me. I did call and retrieved the pillow, little cute blanket gone. Whoever cleaned Room 701 on Oct.1, has my blanket. Sharon looked everywhere for me to no avail. So I have to assume the maid took it. So Im really upset. I really hope the person enjoys the baby blanket my mother passed with!! Otherwise, everything else was great. So if someone would like to contact me to find my blanket, let me know. Im upset beyond words!!!

Was handy for catching the shuttle to the Gretna Festival. A little bit on its own in the midst of not much other than the mall across the freeway otherwise. We realized after a few days that the Shell station nearby had most of what we needed for liquor to stock up for the room.

The cleaner the better
It was an in town stay. The floor had hair in tgem from the previous guest. All of the amenities such as shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were out, and the sheets were stained. I chalked it up to being short staffed. It still was not ok.
