As soon as you walked in the air was stagnet & dingy smelling. People at the counter were pleasant. Not that the rooms where filthy just seemed some what dirty. would i recommend staying there no. In a pinch for one nite fine.

We were traveling to see friends in Florida & made reservations thinking it would be a nice place to stay based on the reviews however, we ended up being very disappointed. The positive thing was that the parking lot was very well lit and the bed was comfortable. The clerk was nice enough but the facility was run down, the room smelled, the breakfast was luke warm (had to warm it in the microwave). The walls were very thin & the rm above us was so loud, stomping around until I wondered if they would fall through the ceiling. Also the highway traffic was loud. We will not stay here again. Wish we had chosen another hotel.

Great location and plenty of dinner options within a 2 minute drive. The hotel itself was a very good condition and the water was hot immediately. I'll be honedt initially we though the area looked sketchy but once the traffic dialed down the area is fine. Nice hot breakfast with hot cakes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, hard boiled eggs, plus fresh fruit, yogurt and plenty of juice choices and great coffee bar. I don't recall her name but the breakfast room hostess was fantastic welcoming everyone and showing guest where everything was. All the employees were very professional and cordial. We'll definitely stay here again.

Nice
This was a perfect hotel for the trip we were on with band students. Quiet area and breakfast was great. Students were able to sit in lobby and visit and chalerones were well taken care of by hotel staff.

Good for quick overnight
The hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate so a good voice for a quick overnight stay. Rooms are fairly updated, clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was better than average with Emma as our delightful host.

The staff were very friendly and they made our stay extra special. The rooms were very nice, clean and modern. We will stay here again during our next visit to McDonough.

Worst stay I have had in GA
Rooms have 2 inch gaps under door to hallway and adjoining rooms. People next door we’re discussing sex sounded like a prostitute situation while my family (including two young children) can hear it all. Asked to move rooms. They moved us to third floor where next door people were talking and with paper thin walls we could hear them too. Also someone was playing music after 12am singing and partying. Worse stay ive had and im not real picky!

Overnight receptionist was rude, lazy, and either doesn't understand, in the industry she works in relies on customer satisfaction or doesn't care. She was more concerned with her male company than actually do what she's paid to do, she does NOT have any respect for her co-workers, she directed me to put trash and towels, which were soaked with vomit, for housekeeping to pick it up. Apparently "she wasnt touching bag of vomit towels". The bag was coomerical oversized bag I had to get from my car, because she didnt know where the bags were.

The property was clean and well maintained. The parking area was well lit and user friendly. The woman at the front desk was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and completely stocked with a complement of hotel amenities. This was a very clean and well maintained facility.
