We stopped in the bar area for a drink before going to our rooms and met Barb, the bar tender. Barb was so funny and friendly. Our group enjoyed being there so much we ended up staying for quite a while. Great job Barb!

Honestly was very disappointed with the staff. I come to this area for work frequently and arrange it with groups of people. We all had the same experience with the staff. We will try a different hotel next time we are in town

The noise.
There is a considerable amount of construction going on. If you want to sleep past 8:00 then forget it. Hammering and sawing is the only quiet time you will get after 8:00am

We were greeted by an amazing woman who was absolutely outstanding. So friendly and caring. I was also texted which i am assuming was her? Maydene was the name. She made the stay great. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and efficient!

Very outdated. Doors need painting, glasses and trash left in hallway. Rooms still have Ethernet (who uses it) limited plugs around bed, and some so worn out they don’t work. Today it’s so easy to retrofit rooms with plugs with built in USB connections. Has car chargers and parking for golf carts. If you live in this golf cart community why would you stay in this hotel, and come on your golf cart? This hotel is owned by a company who says it buys hotels and modernizes them. They sure don’t have this one to Hilton Garden Inn standards in anyway but price. Needs a major update.

Unfortunately not as great as what I normally get at Hilton Garden Inn. Hotel could use some updates. Continental Breakfast not included with stay but didn’t find that out until a lady came running out of the kitchen asking my room number and if I’m a gold member. Only me no other patron was asked and they came before and after me. The person that checked me in advised me of breakfast hours and options as if they were included. Fortunately I spoke to Kadeesha at the front desk who was very kind and waived it as a courtesy. Showers and room were clean with the exception of a small d at loser in my bed.

I requested the linens be changed each day. They failed to do so. The sign on the front desk says "If you would like anything additional please let us know and we will correct it." I ask but they said that housekeeping had gone home. This was not true because I ask one of the housekeepers and she politely said that my room was not assigned to her.

Disgusting rooms! I have to say I am disappointed in my stay with this location. First, the bathroom had drainage issues. I will let your thoughts imagine. The mattress in the pull-out sofa was so nasty, it appeared to have not been cleaned in months. It had stains, dirt and hair. We called they gave us the option to switch rooms. It was 10pm and we have small kids that were ready to sleep. I am not changing rooms this late. We ended up getting Lysol and spraying the heck out of it and retrieving tons of sheets, blankets, and comforters to avoid touching it. I would have preferred they tried to clean it thoroughly, but no one came. Housekeeping is not cleaning the beds. To add to the dilemma, they charge $18.95/pp for buffet breakfast which was a complete joke. There was 1 waitress on staff with a nasty attitude, and one cook. I had to address her as she tried to talk nasty to my 7-year-old because she was in a rush trying to serve the entire room by herself. The buffet stayed empty because the 1 cook was trying to provide for the buffet and serve off the menu. After waiting 30 minutes for drinks, the waitress served us spoiled, old, orange juice that my kids literally spit it out! This is completely unacceptable. I will emailing the General Manager who obviously is not aware or just completely unwilling to address concerns. For over $250 per night stay, I expected much more from a Hilton property in this area. I will NEVER stay here again and will ensure to warn others.

The hotel ran out of most of the food for dinner so we went to our room and there were 4 dogs next door barking up a storm and they refused to move us as they said they were full. They did call the other client and asked them to remove the dogs.
