Since their maid had to leave early, they did not have the room that I booked three weeks in advance. So after driving all day, I had to go find another hotel. I do not know the cleanliness of these rooms because I never got to see them but it would only let me rate their incompetency see if I rated the cleanliness.

On be half of our entire staff I want to apologize for this terrible experience you had with us. This is totally unacceptable and will never happen again to any guest. No guest should ever have to experience a situation like this. Again, I sincerely apologize for our mistake.
