Keycard not programmed. Had to come back down to get them reprogrammed. Very noisy close to freeway, especially room on the freeway side. Could hear the noise all night long. Yoghurt frozen at breakfast - couldn’t eat it.

Everthing was good, except tha, on arrival, I requested a late checkout and was told no problem, just to mention it when I come down for breakfast. So on the checkout day, I did, and was told I eould need to pay half a day! So, instead of a 5-hour delayed checkout, I reduced it to 2 hrs. All they gave me was 1 hour. Then they phoned before the hour was even up. They should have been more flexible and accommodating.

The front desk staff were very nice however they gave me a room that was already occupied. He then upgraded my room at no charge for the inconvenience. Then in the new room the T.V wasn’t functioning properly so they had to come up and set it up. So in all about an hour before I settled. Otherwise everything was fine

Staff were amazing and attentive. Very accommodating and friendly. Nice to have breakfast available Fantastic location. Dog friendly. Restaurants/Fast food. Beautiful walkability. Lake views. Convenient on/off hwy. Outside grounds need better clean up protocol. Garbage/Beer cans/dog poop. A few more garbage cans cigarette butt canister instead of butts on the ground at door - need to do better.

We came down from Ottawa, didn't know the area very well. I'll tell you now, this a fantastic area. Very close to many things, like shopping, restaurants, beautiful walking area. The staff at the hotel were fantastic. We will be booking again in December!

The room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. There was a nightlight in the bathroom. Parking was ample. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I could not get the tv to work. Error message on tv said that there was no channel information. Please scan channels. Scanning channels didn’t work. I called the desk and then took the remote there so they could show me what buttons to push in what order. Still couldn’t get tv to work. Despite the tv problem I would stay there again.
