We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff was very friendly at every level. We do not have a single negative thing to say. The property was well maintained, and the facilities were clean and in good operating condition. The balcony was spacious and provided excellent views. The breakfast and dinner setups were very good and had great food and service. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and spa experience were next level. The pool is huge and had a great water spout to beat sore neck, shoulder, and back muscles into relaxation. It was very clear to us that every employee we encountered, took pride in their job. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay at the hotel
Pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was very nice. We would defintely stay there again the next time we visit. Also the location was great and close to the train station as well as the Firstbahn.

I had a wonderful three day stay at this property. The staff was very friendly and helpful, both at reception and in the restaurant. I was luckily upgraded to a room with mountain views, and the views from the outside patio were spectacular. I highly recommend booking a room with the mountain view in advance, because the hotel is busy most the year and upgrades are likely rare. It's totally worth the extra price for the view. The pool area was pleasant. I really enjoyed the sauna, swimming in the pool, and relaxing in the hot tub while looking at the mountains. Breakfast was good with enough options, and dinner was fantastic. It costs 30 CHF for a 5 course meal, which is a bargain for this town, because most restaurants will charge you 25 CHF or more just for an entree. I will definitely return to this hotel!

It was a great location near First gondola and pool was very nice. I’ve been to Grindelwald a few times and this has been my favorite place to stay. Highly enjoyed!
