quaint resort

Posted Dec 22, 2017
Small resort that attracts mostly couples. Great value for all inclusive with very good food. Incredibly friendly and service oriented staff. The beach is a very small no frills private beach. good place if you’re looking for a low key spot to just relax at the pool or beach. Recommend getting a swim up suite.

Pros: Everything, but the staff are the hotel
Cons: Sailing
we have literally just returned after 9 days of fun in the sun (with an afternoon of rain). Loved this place, the staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. We personally cannot fault the hotel, the food was fabulous and did I say the staff are brilliant. Next visit can we have a dinghy/cat to sail Conrad.

Agreed...we must get a cat or sunfish for your next visit to add to our water-sport amenities. And yes indeed, the staff's the glue that binds us all together. We aim to please!

Beautiful resort for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Posted Nov 21, 2017
Pros: The location and views of the ocean. Love the swim-up suites. The food is top notch. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating.
Location: It's a short drive to downtown Castries and the port. Most tours will pick you up & return you to the resort included in price of tour.
This property is lovely and well maintained with lush trees and blooming vines everywhere. The infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Ocean is breathtaking especially at sunset. Windsong Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and we enjoyed trying different offerings everyday. Dinner each night is truly a delight with offerings of seafood, pork, beef, duck, pasta entrees etc. It is obvious the care and love that goes into each dish served here, at the pool bar or in your room. The swim-up suites are perfect and we truly enjoyed our stay there, but the villas look beautiful as well for an even more private stay. What makes this resort truly specially is the staff. All are welcoming and truly dedicated to making your stay more enjoyable and personal. It seems as though each staff member truly takes pride of ownership of their property and they bend over backwards for you. We will definitely be returning to Calabash Cove again!!

Amazing, relaxing resort

Posted Nov 9, 2017
Pros: Private, small, doesn't give you a crowded feel. The rooms and the landscape and the beach were five star.
Location: The hotel is 1 1/2 hours away from the airport, but we didn't mind because the drive is scenic. Close to Pigeon Island. No real shopping nearby.
This resort, and the staff is amazing. True, small private feel, yet all of the amenities of a big resort. The location is the best. Everything was so well done, the entire time. If you want small, quiet, low key relaxation this is the place for you! They bent over backwards for us. Really, really a gem of a resort. The food was great, never got sick of dining there in the 6 days we were there. The walk out pool rooms are incredible. We didn't stay in a private cottage, but they looked amazing also. Really outstanding experience.

Beautiful hotel with a smaller private feel

Posted Oct 31, 2017
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at calabash cove! The grounds are gorgeous and lush, the rooms are clean and tropical feeling. The beds are comfortable and the netting is romantic but also keeps away mosquitoes. There was even a bug zapper to kill any unwanted insect guests. The beach is essentially private and never saw anyone there not from the resort. Pool is amazing and the swim up suite was fantastic. Drinks and food were delicious and plentiful, definitely recommend the all inclusive option as there are no restrictions. Small shop to poick upnany necessities you msy have forgotten and concierge is friendly and helps you choose fun excursions on the island. All thr staff are exceedingly pleasant and helpful. Only negative I can think of is there is only one restaurant. However we thoroughly enjoyed it and would go back again!

Cozy hotel with beautiful views

Posted Oct 8, 2017
We had an amazing honeymoon at Calabash resort. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. We were upgraded to a cottage suite and loved it! Lance and chris were our bartenders and always put a smile on our face while waiting for a drink at the bar. Elder the gardener made us a carved wood honeymoon plaque that is amazing! The food was spectacular. Our only issues were the mosquitos. The hotel supplies a electric swatter and bug spray but I was eaten alive at dinner each night. Bring strong bug spray with you and apply it liberally! Would stay again for a special occasion.
