Good and bad

Bad: front dedk staff not friedly. Room bathroom has little privacy. No wifi in room. No drinks in room.cant take coffee or snacks to room. Smoking allowed on the compound. Good: good restaurant service. Good activities, especially kids club.great layout of hotel.

Just to clarify: There are rooms which provides Wi-Fi and it is available free of charge in the Lobby and lounge area of the property. Smoking is allowed in designated areas of the resort so we are truly sorry if there were times fellow guests ignored the "no smoking signs" and snacks can be taken up to the room by way of room service. Celebration of our 21st Anniversary

This was a very nice and clean resort . There's a need for more music playing throughout the day as well as More activities. Must schedule Excursions to explorer. Food is very good. A need for more choices for people who don't eat pork.

Pros: The food was delicious and it has a great view.
Cons: As it was our honeymoon we thought the hotel would have included a bottle of wine in our room but they didn't.
Great hotel experience. Staff was friendly and helpful and the Hilltop pool view was amazing.

The only reason I could think that the a bottle of Sparkling wine was not placed in the room would be us not being aware that you were on honeymoon. We are truly sorry that this did not happen as we usually always ensure that a bottle of fizzy is placed in all rooms for our honeymooners We hope to see you again soon and the next bottle of fizzy is on us! Hotel is no where close to the way it was describe

I loved that water sports are included, no need to pay for lessons either, but that's pretty much the only good thing about this hotel, ocean view was terrible, some of the staff were very rude and definitely showed how much they hate their job, food was terrible. If you're going to stay at this hotel just make sure you do excursions or you'll just wish u never went

Nice all inclusive resort

Pros: The hotel rooms were clean and well appropriated
Cons: I think that the staff were not motivated to be happy friendly. I think that tipping the staff would improve their attitudes.
Location: We were unfortunate enough to have to visit the hospital. I was really impressed with the quality of care that they provided. Cost was reasonable.
I really loved our vacation in the resort. The restaurants served really delicious food and had a special menu for vegans. I loved the adult pool overlooking the ocean and all the water sports were fun. We will be back!

Beautiful Place!!

My wife and I had a wonderful time with our 2 children under the age of 4. The hotel was nice and the staff was tremendous. There was never a time that we had to wait for anything because the staff was so large.

Great location. Bring cash with you, no ATM at resort. Taxi to and from airport is cash only, approx $80 each way. Otherwise cash advance will run you whatever you request plus tax and plus a 15% fee from the hotel.

great food and accommodation

Pros: Comfortable room, friendly staff
Cons: entertainment.
Location: The resort is located close to the airport.
Had a great relaxing time. Food was very good and staff very friendly. The check in clerk was amazing and upgraded us at a moments notice.

Pros: The staff was excellent very polite and friendly, specially at the Bambou restaurant. Food pretty decent for an all-inclusive.
Cons: Rooms could be updated and tubs replaced
Location: Skyride
We had a very good time. The bar served the best and had the largest selection of cocktails.

Do NOT let the Pictures Fool You

Pros: Denver, our server, at Morgan's Pier.
Cons: The whole resort needs to be updated, wifi needs to be added in rooms, the food needs to be revamped.
Location: The location is right next to the Sandal's Resort. Unfortunately, this resort is 1.5 hours + from the airport. It is not far from the capital city.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family. We traveled as a couple to this hotel thinking that we found a great deal, and boy were we disappointed and fooled. It is not as nice as the pictures make it look. The beach is not as large or as nice. The beach feels cramped and people sit about 2 feet from you because the seating area is so cramped. If you have Celiac's Disease, as I do, this is NOT a resort for you. There is about one item on each menu that you can eat. Pros: 1. The restaurants that required reservations were the best food. Unfortunately, you can only eat at each one once. But the morning of you can go to the reservation desk and see if there is any availability. Le Jardin is worth paying the 35$ for. 2. Denver, our server at Morgan's Pier Restaurant, was the nicest man we met the whole trip. He really made our experience because through going to the desk we were able to eat there multiple times. Cons: 1. Unless you pay for a deluxe room, there is no wifi in the room. So you have to go to the lobby or a certain seating area to be connected to anything. If you need to work on your trip, do NOT come to this hotel. It is not a secure network. 2. The water pressure in the showers was awful. 3. Lots of smokers on the beach, so if that bugs you do not come here. 4. The Palms, the main buffet restaurant, was food that you would expect in your average college dining hall and nothing more than that. 5. 1.5 hour from airport 6. RAIN
