“Very good nice location ”

“Ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel, ein sehr sympathischer Hotelbesitzer”

“The common area (laundry, fitness etc) is under renovation but we’re not informed ahead of time. When I asked about the laundry location, I kept receiving the same instructions and code how to access when it’s not really available. “Sehr sympaythische und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Fewo liegt in einer ruhigen Einfamilienhaus Siedlung, Bus und Bahn sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr gerne wieder.”

The reception staff could not offer me another room. Later that night, I woke up and saw bedbugs in my bed. Although the reception was easily reachable by phone and WhatsApp, they were unable to offer an alternative at that time. I checked out the next morning and received a refund, which was handled quickly.”
