It was a good stay. We were the fist guests aftet the opening. Be aware that you have to pay for the beach access. Breakfast and dinner was good. They had two groups who were noisy.

All in all a great hotel with friendly staff. The room was very beautiful (we got a free upgrade), clean and functional and the view was fantastic. However, it is quite inconvenient to take the shuttle to the beach and the spa each time, although the beach club is beautiful. As a 5* hotel of LHW, operations could be more flexible, in many regards, e.g., seating order if the restaurant is not full or massage hours ("the only therapist would be too tired if s/he had to massage for >50 minutes").

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in the world but none have provided the service that hotel manager Nicola and every single member of his staff gave during our stay ❤️Highly recommended we can’t wait to return to a little piece of heaven in Tuscany

The setting is magical! The view out over the pool looking out onto the port is dreamy. This area is rustic and beautifull with the pine trees bordering the beach.

Worth a short recharging stay.
Charming hotel with great service. Room was well appointed with all facilities. Breakfast was simple but good. Hotel is right by a Marina with small charming shops and restaurants.

We had a one night stay at the hotel. Room looks out over marina towards Elba - stunning view & sunset. Made us very welcome!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang - wir sind mit einem Hund angereist - sie wurde von allen ins Herzen geschlossen. Leider durfte unsere Hündin uns auf der Anlage begleiten. Schönes Frühstück - Diner eher auf der teuren Seite, aber war sehr gut (St. Pierre ganz). Die hoteleigenen Strandanlagen haben wir nicht genutzt (Hunde nicht erlaubt) - aber in der Nähe gibt es tolle öffentliche Strände. Sehr schöne Poolanlage.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Technik nach 9Monatiger Pause noch nicht perfekt. Wunderschöne Lage über dem Hafen von Punta Ala. Sehr gute Küche mit leider etwas kleiner Auswahl für einen 12 Tägigen Aufenthalt

Sehr schön, bestens gelegen und sehr freundlich
Toller 4 Tage Aufenthalt. Wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Ausserordentlich freundlicher und effizienter Empfang und Koffer-Service. Konsequente Covid-Schutzmassnahmen. Top sauber in öffentlichen und privaten Räumen. Man hat uns ein grosszügiges Upgrade von einem Confort Zimmer in eine wunderschöne Suite angeboten, was wir natürlich gerne angenommen haben. Zimmer geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch praktisch. Grosses schönes praktisches Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Wunderschöne Lage über dem Hafen von Punta Ala mit Aussicht auf das Meer und Elba und sogar Korsika. Sehr schöne Poolanlage mit freundlichem Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Emanuele, Elena und die Maitre de Service haben uns alle Wünsche vom Mund abgelesen. Wir haben es nicht bereut alle Abende im Restaurant gegessen zu haben, und auch die Aussicht hat super zu den wunderschönen Abenden gepasst. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

l'esperienza di soggiorno in questo hotel è stata sicuramente molto positiva sotto tutti gli aspetti, ritengo tuttavia che qualcosa di meglio si possa fare per mantenere la pulizia dell'area piscina: d'accordo che c'è stato un temporale nel pomeriggio che ha portato aghi di pino e piccoli frammenti di vegetazione, però è in queste situazioni che viene richiesta la massima organizzazione a una struttura con 5 stelle. Accumuli di aghi e la vaschetta lavapiedi piena di acqua sporca non sono bei biglietti da visita, soprattutto considerando la relativa semplicità con cui si possono risolvere questi problemi.

EIne Nacht am Meer
Wir waren eine Nacht da und haben es sehr genossen. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage über dem Hafen. Das Essen und das Frühstücksbuffet ist Super und hat alles was man sich wünscht. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und die Sicht auf das Meer ist Super. Wir waren im Oktober da, da hat es ausser ein paar Gäste wenig Menschen und es wirkt etwas "verlassen"

Restaurant total enttäuschend. Preis-Leistung absolut nicht korrekt. Weder die Qualität des Essens noch der Service haben gestimmt. Veraltetes Badezimmer! Dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Spiegel von unten her "blind", Amaturen "matt", Badewanne mit "Flecken". Positiv ist uns die Pool-Anlage aufgefallen. Optisch schön, Wasserqualität gut und ein sehr zuvorkommender Service.

L'emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien qui offre une vue magnifique. C'est tout ce que j'ai retenu de cet hôtel de 5 étoiles. Le reste est correct mais assez médiocre par rapport au prix de la nuitée. La plage soit-disant privée de l’hôtel est moche, tout le monde peut y passer, le forfait qu'on paye (très cher par rapport a ce que c'est) est juste pour la serviette, chaises longues, parasol et la navette.

Graziosissimo albergo a due passi dal mare
Ci siamo stati per una notte in quanto volevamo fare una tappa intermedia prima di andare all'Isola d'Elba. L'albergo è facile da trovare in quanto si trova proprio alle ultime curva prima di arrivare al porto. Il posto è incantevole con vista sul porto di Punta Ala che a piedi è raggiungibile in 2 minuti. La stanza che abbiamo prenotato aveva vista sulla piscina e sul mare. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della bellissima piscina in quanto il tempo nel periodo non è stato affatto clemente con noi anche se penso che con il bel tempo sarebbe stato magnifico. Ottima l'accoglienza all'arrivo e la presentazione della stanza dove abbiamo dormito magnificamente. La sera abbiamo cenato divinamente e il servizio è stato impeccabile. Il cibo ottimo e presentato perfettamente (cucina mediterranea). La località è per un soggiorno relax dove si possono trovare tranquillità ma allo stesso tempo avere alcune comodità dei centri più rinomati. Unici difetti di questo albergo sono il parcheggio riservato che si trova nella parte opposta della strada (comunque facilmente raggiungibile), l'accesso al mare non diretto. I prezzi delle stanze sono consoni allo standard dell'albergo e della località mentre il ristorante è relativamente caro anche per rapporto ad altri ristoranti. Consigliamo a tutti quanti vogliano trascorrere alcuni giorni in tutta tranquillità in una località suggestiva in un territorio magnifico e che ha tanto da offrire al turista che ama la natura.

Die Erwartungen an dieses Hotel wurden nur teilweise erfüllt. Das Zimmer war sehr staubig, die Klimaanlage hatte so viel Staub angesammelt, dass diese nicht richtig funktionierte und das Einschalten zu noch mehr Staub in der Luft führte. Ebenso waren Vorhänge und Der Boden unter dem Bett nicht sauber. Zimmer und Gang hatten stets einen staubigen, muffigen Geruch. Die Toilette im Badezimmer roch auch sehr übel und Geruch konnte nur nach mehrmaligen Putzen durch das Housekeeping beseitigt werden. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war höchstens befriedigend, denn langjährige Gebrauchsspuren an Möbeln und Türen sind sofort ersichtlich. Der Schiebekleiderschrank war sehr schwergängig. Ebenso hätten wir einen CD-Player oder einen iPod Anschluss erwartet. Bei der Buchungen hatten wir ein Baby Bett bestellt. Leider fanden wir nur ein kleines Reisebett vor, mit dem Kommentar, das Hotel hätte kein richtiges Bett… Der Service war unterschiedlich, mal freundlich und zuvorkommend, mal desinteressiert und inkompetent. Beim Frühstücksbuffet hätten wir uns eine grössere Auswahl an Früchten und Gemüse gewünscht. Die Abendkarte im Restaurant bot zu wenig Abwechslung und Beilagen zu Hauptgerichten gab es selten oder in zu kleinen Portionen.

Struttura bellissima sul porto di Punta Ala
L'albergo si trova in una posizione strategica rispetto al porto di Punta Ala, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Il personale, gentilissimo e molto disponibile ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra. La stanza con balconcino ed uscita sul giardino, comunicante direttamente con piscina e ristorante è veramente ideale per chi vuole godere di relax totale senza spostamenti.

Esperienza piacevole e atmosfera decisamente rilassante. Hotel molto bello e personale avvolgente. Spiaggia raggiungibile in 10 min di pullman fornito dall'hotel.
