Buen hotel y excelente desayuno
Excelente desayuno y de calidad. Muy buen trato recibido de todo el personal. Ubicado en zona tranquila y accesible de forma rapuda a GOREY, LA ROCQUE, ST HELIER. . Lo recomendamos absolutamente.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were very good. Hot food very good and lovely options. Definitely would stay here again. Car parking good too.

I stayed at this lovely hotel with my family and enjoyed every minute. Beds were comfy and smelled amazing, rooms were made up every day. Breakfast was yummy, loads of choices. Pool was heated outside, girls spent hours swimming. But the best part of this hotel is the staff, they were all so welcoming from the front of the office to the cleaners and dinning room. No job was to small, they were always able to cater if you needed something. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel. Highly recommend it, great value. Keep up the excellent work.

Ensures bookers know that this hotel does not serve breakfast until 8am. Like many we travelled from Poole on the fast ferry service which means check in by 7am. Money wasted as no early breakfast or food pack for the room was offered. On check in after 3pm room not ready. On last day of our stay went back to use pool at 2pm. Room not done. Advised rooms done for guest who have checked out ready for incoming guests. So why did we have to wait for our room on check in? Eventually at 3.30pm staff knocked on door to service room. Too late did it myself.

Hotel is fine, some issues: There was only one chair in the room. Also, the bed was on wheels that did not lock and moved around a lot, very strange choice. There was a plumbing issue in the building at the time and as a result the shower pressure was so poor it was virtually unusable. The hotel is very secluded, it's a 25 min walk to the beach and further 15 min walk to Gorey or La Rocque, so if you have limited mobility it will be very difficult to access these locations. Relatively frequent buses go to St Helier though and there is a bus stop close by. Beach towels on offer at the hotel cannot be brought to the beach, they are only for use at the pool. However, the pool was closed due to the weather virtually the whole time. Staff was very kind and the breakfast was generous and tasty.

Can’t wait to go again.
Staff very helpful and welcoming. Dining room service excellent and food of a good standard. A quiet but very pleasant atmosphere in an easy accessible part of the Island. No narrow lanes to negotiate to get there from St Helier, unless you were lost! Our second visit to the Hotel, would highly recommend if you like a relaxed holiday.

Staff were very helpful. Heated swimming pool was a pleasure to use. Room was clean, everything functioned and the shower worked well. Some inner courtyard areas were untidy and/or dirty, which spoiled the generally good impression.

Not very clean at all. The furniture was deeply stained in all the public areas. The public areas were shabby with the exception of the dining room. The bar area had not been hoovered but seats and furniture worn and shabby. The first room we were given smelt damp. We were moved to a new room which was very spacious, pool view and nice. Lots of hairs in the bathroom and all the grout needed a spray of bleach which would have made it much more clean and appealing. Didnt use the pool as it was full of leaves and i wasnt confident it was clean. The sunbed covers and towels were in good condition. Also the food was excellent and the dining room very nice. The staff in all areas were exceptionally polite and helpful. We had interactions with Reception, Cleaners, Bar and Dining room and none of them could be faulted for their friendliness and very willing to help. Food also very good.

5 lads on tour.
Booked 5 rooms and after a small glitch with one room that was quickly sorted out I would say that all my party enjoyed the stay very much. Lots of positives like service and comfort and staff and help yourself breakfast with plenty of choice. Pool was great and cleaned daily. Only negative I’d say was frontage and first impressions of the hotel was it looked very tired but still a great time had by all.

Really friendly staff, family room was a great size and nice a clean. Could do with a new carpet. Breakfast was also very good. Pool was too cold for kids but they enjoyed the tennis courts.

Perfect location away from the bustle of St Helier. As Jersey is only 9x5 miles across, everywhere is easily accessible Small hotel with beautiful grounds and private parking. Wonderful service by all the people, led by Vince the Hotel Manager. Fantastic food in the dining room in the evening, and to start the day a sumptuous breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel
