I’m giving two stars to this hotel only for clean sheets and towels! The rest is awful! Very old and nasty rooms that smell moldy and you can’t open the window! Heater are very loud, impossible to fall asleep. Hotel is very dirty! Breakfast is gross! We booked three nights and just left after the first night. Didn’t get any refund or anything because we booked tru Expedia! There’s nice and new hotels in the same area for the same price. Stay away from this one because it is a ripoff and I cannot believe that Expedia sells it! Horrible! Nothing even close like on the pictures!

The front desk attendant Dave was very nice and helpful. Hotel was clean and had many food options around. I wish i would have directly booked with the hotel instead of Expedia. Expedia had issues which delayed are check in having to go back n forth with them.

Price was cheaper. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and property was safe and conveniently located. The carpet was old and smells little.I would definitely recommend.

It was very dirty and smelled of smoke upon arrival. I kept the door deadbolted and towel on floor to make sure no one could come in. I also had to triple check the door locked when I shut it because handle was broke. When I got back at midnight front door was locked had to wait in cold for lady to slowly come let me in and gave me attitude about coming then. I didn’t know had a curfew. Cleaning crew needs to step it up

Neighbors were very loud constantly leaving the room and slamming the door. Showerhead had mold on it. My brother found a few roaches in his room. Kids were using the entire building as a play ground. Disappointing stay at this place.

Very run down. Cleanish but not great. Staff was very friendly. Weird smell in room, couldn't figure out what it was but couldn't lower temp in room for fear that's where the smell was coming from.

Hotels not what they use to be
The staff at the desk were NOT attentive at all... The computers were not working so ID and credit cards was taken into the back room for way tooo long. Upon check out the person at the desk continued shuffling papers for 5 - 10 min and then after the 2nd time asking what we wanted finally asked someone else to check us out. the bed had no padding and only 2 towels - cleaning rooms only every 3 days? the toilet handle stuck and the toilet sat 5" in front of the sink... The hotel business must be very tough but this hotel needs more attentive staff.

We checked in and were told the pool was not open, which was not really an issue for us. Walked in the bathroom and there was a small piece of toilet paper on the floor. Went to breakfast the next morning, and there were no eggs, no ketchup (all ordered) & only decaf coffee. Beds were comfortable and several dining options close. Won’t stay here again.

When I stayed at this location with my friends we got to our room and it was super stinky. The room smelled like cats. We went to change our room and the room they moved us to someone was still on the room. It was very unorganized. The toilet didn’t flush at all, we had to get that fixed the next day. I did not enjoy my stay at this location.

I arrived right at check out time and drove separate from my daughter because I had my grandkids with me hoping to use the pool. It was closed. The coffee machine was out of order. The washer and dryer were out of order. The room had maple syrup on the floor that I stepped in. The floors were dirty, grandbabies knees, feet and hands were black from crawling on the floor. We didn't get discounted stay either for all the inconveniences. Won't ever stay there again!

This hotel IS AWFUL. No pool as promised. Sent me to a room with a married couple in it. That was great. Pieces of glass on the floor. Ice maker doesnt work.

Bathroom vanity had NO lighting anywhere around it. Shower was lukewarm. Carpets feel sticky and tile was slick. Room smelled like cigarettes. Pool and ice machines were broken. Definitely will not be back.

The AC didnt work properly, the pool and laundry was out od service. The key to get into the room wasnt working. The ceilings needed painted from wet spots. Ect.. Would not get extra towles. Toilt backed up over floor!
