Don't stay here!!!

Horrible customer service. Nite person was rude a hole!!!!. No pool, no extra pillows, bathroom disgusting.

Disgusting

The most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. The mold was so disgusting I took pictures of it in case my children got sick. I would not go bck there if it was free.

Disappointing

In the process of being remodelled. Pool closed for the summer. People smoking in non smoking rooms.

Decent

I brought my entire staff here for a weekend conference in Columbus. The hotel was pretty run-down looking, but the rooms seemed cleaned. Probably wouldn't choose this hotel again though.

Nothing Special!

Cons: This place needs to be updated, painted, and cleaned extremely well!!!
Location: Very close to expressway and places to eat
This is a very old place, nothing special! Upon check in I was told that I was already checked-in! Luckily there were rooms available as I did not feel like looking for another hotel after I booked this one a month in advance. The hallways and our room smelled very strong of cigarette smoke, and the room was not very clean. I had to wipe some things down and clean the toilet before before we stayed there. The "continental breakfast" was nothing special either, we ended up going somewhere else. I was also very disappointed to learn that the housekeepers let someone into my room without our permission!!! I will not be returning to this hotel or referring others.

Don't bother

We arrived to a hotel that was falling apart, and had a terrible smell coming from the lobby. Once inside, it was even worse, so we ended up cancelling our stay. It was too smelly, too dirty, and too run down for us to consider staying there.
