Just ok

Cons: Bedding comfort.
This hotel was just ok. I wasn't overly impressed or disappointed. The sheets were clean, but they were not very soft. On the positive side, there were a lot of DirecTv channels from which to choose.

Weekend getaway with the kids to visit family

Location: Visited COSIi, Franklin Park Conservatory, The Horseshoe, Bob Evans and White Castle's
Clean, indoor pool, friendly staff, great breakfast

I booked and payed through hotels.com and then was double charged when checking into the hotel. Hoping this gets resolved soon. I asked them about this at the front desk and they they apologized for double charging me but the money still has not shown back up on my credit card

Great hotel, dead staff.

Pros: The bed was clean and so were the rooms, incredibly comfy.
Cons: The hotel staff being a tad more positive and less drab.
Location: Lots of food joints and shopping options, as well as entertainment!
The stay itself was entirely comfortable, but we were told to come back about 20 minutes before check in and were told to come back in half an our because they were still not done cleaning the rooms. The hotel staff was nearly lifeless and don't get me wrong, I don't expect flying colors customer service where they are all happy and hunky dory to see me, but at least have somewhat of a positive attitude and don't sound so depressed when you tell us it was a pleasure having us.

This was our go-to hotel for our frequent trips to/through the Columbus area for a long time. For the last couple of years we tried elsewhere for lower prices, but nowhere was as comfortable, clean, and reliable. We're happy to have returned to an old favorite and will be back again.

enjoyed the hotel ,but could offer a tip. Would like to have a soapdish on the counter by the sink. I do not like to lay my soap, on the counter. Other than that , the room was fine.
