I wouldn't stay here again

First, the hotel staff was very nice and courteous. Our room, however, was directly across from the elevator and overtop the hotel entrance. Seemingly, there were those who wanted to stand outside all night and talk, laugh, & yell at the top of their lungs. So definitely do not accept a room in this location in the hotel. Beds were comfortable. Bring your own pillows if possible, theirs were like sleeping on footballs. Electric sockets needed replaced in the room as well. It wouldn't hold a phone charger. Breakfast ok. We usually have no problem with Holiday Inn Express but this one is not worth the $175 room cost.

Dear Guest, we thank you for your 3 star review. As it relates to the location of your room, we do apologize for the noise level you were exposed to. We're reminding our staff to double check with our guests at the time of check-in, asking about room preference and location and trying to accommodate those as much as possible. We sincerely apologize that our pillows did not meet your needs as we hoped they would have. We have taken everything you mentioned into consideration to make it better for yourself and other guests. Once again, we appreciate your feedback.
