“Wir waren für einen Outdoor-Urlaub in Südtirol und wollten eine Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge. Die Lage ist hinsichtlich Verkehrsanbindung (Auto - mit Stellplatz - oder Bus) sehr gut, es gibt aber auch genug schöne Wandertouren, die direkt in Saltaus wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt starten. Meran ist für einen Tagesauflug oder Einkäufe auch einfach zu erreichen. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind wie beschrieben modern und gut. Die sehr ruhige Lage und die kleine Terasse...

“Dank der wirklich sehr netten, aufmerksamen Vermieter (sie wohnen im selben Haus) haben wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Wohnung (es ist nur ein Zimmer) war sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und machte einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge - vor allem mit dem Fahrrad (E-Bike ist wegen der starken Steigung ratsam) - perfekt. Meran lässt sich in nur 15 Minuten entlang der Passeier erreichen. Als wir dort waren, war es sehr heiß- teilweise bis zu 36...

“Pros: Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem sehr schönem Bad. Bad und WC sind getrennt. Sehr schöne Aussicht ins Tal auf St Martin. Hier kann man in Ruhe den Urlaub genießen. Cons: Eine recht lange schmale Straße von St. Martin bis zum Ferienwohnung mit wenig Stellen zum Ausweichen vom Gegenverkehr.”
