Noisy way too much traffic like it's built on a freeway a tiny little room the TV volume didn't work it's way overrated and falsely advertised I paid $160 for a crappy little room above a freeway no thank you never again

The property was in a prime spot. It was close to many different areas, but what I loved was it was walking distance from many dining options. Very safe area. The staff was so nice and my room was always clean promptly. The room was very comfy!

The hotel is clean and the room was nice. The rooftop bar and service in it was great. Overall a good experience. Two things that went bad was the elevator and the breakfast service. There’s only one elevator and with the movement that we had that weekend you could easily wait for 5 minutes or more to get on it. Most of the time we took the option to use the stairs. The breakfast experience was just the worse. The juice was close to gone, the breakfast option includes eggs and a portion of chilaquiles and beans. The beans were almost a soup spreading through the plate and the chilaquiles were about 10 tortilla chips with some salsa thrown at them, in addition there were only two waiters that simply were not up to the standard. We saw one lady that had to go chase the waiter because she was simply being ignored.
