It is a very nice property and all. The front desk female manager needs a lot of additional training. She is cold and unwelcoming. She allowed someone in the check in line to skip the guy that was next without a reason. Poor customer service on her part. Everyone noticed and I hope they all comment on it.

I got excellent customer service from all the staff I encountered. They took care of all my needs. The property is very ample and the food and drinks are very good.

I liked this hotel. It was clean, and not old like some of the other hotels in town. The breakfast had good options and the customer service was excellent. We had no complaints!

the beds and pillows were a dream. staff in all areas seemed friendly and very professional, including in the restaurant (which oddly had breakfast buffet on thurs, but not fri, sat, sun!). pool area was very nice.
