Nice hotel near to plaza del Sol

The best hotel in Guadalajara that I have been ever stay I really recommend them as the best city hote please con and enjoy your stay as I did and do it again

Well-deserved top rating

Pros: Top-notch staff and incredible service.
Cons: In-room coffee service. Trying to figure out how to operate coffeemaker was challenging.
Outstanding facility in terms of staff, service, cleanliness, comfort, and value. Will definitely stay there on next trip to Guadalajara.

Enjoyable stay

Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. Dinner at Uno was tasty. All the people were friendly and helpful. One experience I'd like to share was that I was there for a trade show at the Expo. I reserved a wake up call through the phone and the next morning as I was taking a shower, I heard the phone ring but didn't answer. Another phone call game a couple minutes later but I was still in the shower so no answer. 10 minutes later someone knocks on my door and it was a staff member checking up on me to see if I was awake or if something happened to me. I really appreciated that service for them to go out of their way. I will definitely be staying at the Hilton whenever I visit Guadalajara as long as there's space for me.

Very old facility hotel

Pros: Nothing at all except that he has Star Bucks small branch at the hotel lobby (I never tried it)
Cons: Close for some time and Renovate the hotel
Location: in front of the expo center
Very disappointing experience, and I don't know why Hilton puts its name on such un-maintained hotel. its looks like that no maintenance or renovation done since 10 years or more

Rooms are worn

Pros: Great service. Staff is very nice
Not a bad hotel, especially for the price. I noticed the doors looked worn, bathroom needs updating, etc. Next timme I would rather spend a little more and get into a nicer newer hotel.
