The young man at check in didn't give me the king size bed that I requested on my reservation. The room was old and and the bathroom needs to get refurbished. Not impressed this time around at the Hilton.

It is never pleasant to learn that we were not able to fulfill our guests´ expectations. However, we are thankful to you for having pointed out the irregularities, concerning your room assignment and the condition of the bathroom, which were the reason of your disappointment.
We are happy to share with you that beginning the month of December, the hotel will start renewing the bathrooms of all guestrooms.
