Good Location

Pros: good location
Cons: Staff training
Location: Excellent
Terrible staff, they give me a room where the alley was very dirty. seem like in that part of the hotel was on maintenance, even they have a other section that is good. I'm a IHG member but they never asked.

Hotel was nice to due the room clean up very late

Good for business

The hotel is good for a business stay. I was alergic to something in there, probably a lot of dust in the carpets. Maybe because it is relatively new. I couldn't stop sneezing while I was in there. I probably would not come back. Breakfast is average and service is good. Good wifi service.

Not the best choice in Guadalajara

Cons: have a restaurant!
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, nor room service and there aren't any good options around.

Fairly nice hotel, location is a bit off.

Pros: location, was useful to me.
Location: nearby there is a nice mall and restaurants called Antaras.
I took this hotel, as it was the nearest to my clients office, so in that sense it was fine, the breakfast was fine, not so special, but at least, helps to energize the morning, nice is to have a pool, right in the lobby, did not have time to use it...and staff in the front desk were very nice.
