Perfect way to experience Guadalajara!
Stayed here twice now and I have to say love this place. Staff is super friendly, and very accommodating. It’s located in a prime location, 10-20 minutes away from everything. Walking distance from really good restaurants, a short drive/Uber to downtown, and other nightlife. It’s located in Chapalita which is a nice safe area. Definitely staying here again and again.

I really liked the welcome and cozy feeling that is experienced there by the beautiful surrounding and the friendly staff. They are willing to take care of you like a loving family. We even had a surprise in our room with candles and they were willing to make quesadillas in the middle of the night, even though the kitchen was closed. We are definitely are coming back. I’ve been going to Guadalajara for 18 years to visit my daughter, so I’ve stayed in many hotels there. This is one of my favorites — I loved the peaceful beautiful gardens around the pool with the little bar….so relaxing! Room was beautifully decorated. The hotel is located in the heart of my favorite part of the city, Chapalita. Highly recommend.

Great quiet stay with friendly and polite staff. I reserved the Presidential Suite for its amenities sich as the sauna and the whirlpool tub. The sauna dod get warm but not hot enough to work up any type of sweat. I was informed to give staff advance notice to turn on the tub as it needed 45 mins to heat up..we spent an hour and 30 mins trying to get the water warm enough to use it but it never did. I am really disappointed and would have selected another hotel had i known there was an issue. Tha hotel itself is beautiful and a great staff but feel i didnt get my moneys worth due to these two things not working properly.

you want to stay where you can feel homely feelings even you are away from your home or you want feel the warmth of caring stuff around you or you want to remember some good memories from small unexpected belssing that you were offered without expectations- you come here! Nayeli , the hospitality manager is real professional who knows people's expectations and ready to address by all her means. Giselle , the receptionist has a soft little heart to welcome you with purest smile at her face. please do not miss the life time experience at masion. loved the stay with my wife and took some glorious memories. cant wait to come back again.

Think of this as a very high end bed and breakfast, it feels like a second home rather than a hotel. Staff is first class as mentioned in other reviews, instead of a cold hotel this is a cozy boutique property that has hacienda style architecture. The kitchen prepared home style meals breakfast taste homemade. Would stay again without question.
