The bed was very very hard. It was hard to sleep on - not comfortable. But the hotel staff was helpful, friendly and the location was perfect. We had a great city view! The water pressure in the shower was almost non existent so I couldn’t really shower completely.

Did not give me the promotional offer for the beverages when called to ask they tried to say I probably lost them. I never was given anything besides my receipt and key cards. Restaurant in the evening took 65 minutes to get just French fries, and 2 drinks. And even after a little over an hour the fries came out still slightly frozen. There was only 3 tables being used

Facilities were well maintained, pretty clean. Baggage handler greeted us out front upon arrival. Helped us carry our luggage to our room. Friendly staff. Rooms have air conditioning. Easy checking in and out.

The hotel has a central location, the cleanliness in the room leaves much to be desired (dirt on the shower walls) the pillows are hard and uncomfortable, as well as the mattress. At night the streets are very lonely and dark, it doesn't feel safe to walk.

Todo estaba bien, sólo una cosa que me molestó, y fue el detector de humo. Les dije que podría ser la batería que necesitaba ser reemplazada. Me dijeron que enviarían a un técnico. pero cuando volvimos por la noche el detector de fumadores seguía sonando.

We checked out as it was impossible to sleep on the rock hard mattress and the concrete hard pillows. We could hear everything in the hallway. The check in staff was very nice and lovely as well as the entrance but that seems to be where they stopped spending their money. We moved hotels and would not recommend anyone to stay here.

My stay was impacted by a theft incident. Despite clear communication with the housekeeper & placing a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door, our room was entered, & money was stolen from my purse during our 1st day. Upon return from a quick errand, we were startled to find our room door open & the housekeeper in our room. She said “they told me you requested a blanket. I knocked & you didn’t answer.” At the moment, we thought it was a simple error & she got the rooms confused. We left our hotel again to exchange funds. As I took out my bills to exchange, I discovered that funds were missing from my bag. This is when we booked a new hotel, & left our current booking at Hotel Dali. While management addressed the issue & confirmed our account with security footage, their resolution was unprofessional. They held the housekeeper accountable for the theft, requiring her to return the funds from her personal account. This decision seemed like an act of public embarrassment, but the process of retrieving the fundd from the housekeeper's account took an unreasonably long time, & further added to the frustration of the situation. While I appreciate their efforts, I can’t overlook their resolution process. While the hotel's management addressed the theft & returned my funds, the experience left me with disappointment & frustration, overshadowing the positive aspects of my stay. We completely wasted a day during our trip, & added an extra expense.

Wanted to extend our stay and denied it had to get another hotel, there were bed bugs in the first room, wanted to upgrade and did not have rooms available. Dinning horrible service waited more than 20min and no service
