This neighborhood was safe and conveniently located near Centro. It's a 20 minute walk to get to downtown with many historic sites. I small pool is available and very comfortable beds.

My dislike during the stay was my room location right near the street NOISY right next to check in / check our NOISY staff stairs attached to side of room .NOISY would NEVER accept that room again.!!!! got woken up EVERY morning due to noise!!!!

The fact that it was close to all types of sites in the area. Only complaint that I had was the toilet was so close to the wall, it was hard to sit on it if you needed too. Other than that, I had no complaints.

the check in process was confusing. We had reserved two rooms for 6/8-6/12 but upon arrival we were told the rooms were reserved from 6/8-6/11 only. I kept showing my email confirmation. We had filled out paperwork and provided our identification and credit card and the girl in the front desk was writing out the receipt and we noticed a different name, not ours. Turns out she had been processing the wrong reservation. We all make mistakes but the issue was when I asked if my card had been charged for the correct reservation. She was very rude and did not apologize or acknowledged her mistake. Also, one night we were woken up by someone screaming so loud and running downstairs as if he was being attacked. This was quite scary. The hotel is nice, clean and with lots of fruit trees but we will not return as our experience was not pleasant.

Hotel Isabel is exactly you get what you pay for. Staff is nice and friendly but beyond that not much to say. Our bathroom was very very small so small that you could not use the toilet because it was against the wall. Mattress was rock hard…there was only one pillow…

Waited for hours for a room when I spoke to Expedia about early arrival. Expedia failed. Had to change rooms. Still had me listed as being in the same room after I was moved. Restaurant in the hotel, waitress took their own tips without letting us chose the percentage. No hot water. Broken ironing board. No lock on the door. Found door open one night. Woke up to construction noise. A friend stood in another room, had same problems. I want to request a discount. It wasn't good and wouldn't recommend.

Great Value
Great place to stay with a wonderful atmosphere; people were having a good time you could tell. The upstairs patio was really nice. Two things I would improve though is there was no mirror in my bathroom and there was a lovely balcony but no chairs out there so I couldn't really relax out there even though it was a beautiful, cool, evening. Also I got one free meal ticket for the downstairs restaurant but they were swamped and the food took an HOUR to serve, so next time I would probably just skip it honestly.

Very nice hotel for the price. It’s not a luxury resort but it’s very clean and in a very safe area, walking distance (5 mins) from a large supermarket. Employees were very friendly. Planning to stay again in the future.

Hotel is perfect location for walking to points of interest. I liked the fact it is pet friendly and had parking. Friendly staff and cute courtyard pool area. Def an affordable option for a short stay. Rooms are quiet older but well kept. Bathrooms are super small tho, def not large people friendly. Check in is at 3 yet my room wasn’t ready until nearly 5. Lots of hairs in bathroom shower and sink from previous guests. Overall it was good for the one night while passing through.

Stay was great. Staff is helpful. The pool is a plus after a long day. Breakfast is delicious, they have an extensive menu.
