Guadalajara stay

I chose this hotel because it was close to the Office of the Dr. I was seeing. Very basic, located in a residential neighbor hood. quite, clean, but only just warm water in the morning.

Old Hotel

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Close to the Minerva square, very nice area
Dirty carpets, cheap toiletries, old and crappy furniture, no alarm clock. Staff is nice but it doesn't compensate the deplorable conditions of the Hotel.

Pros: The location.
Cons: The hotel needs to remodel.
Really outdated hotel, it had a hole in the floor however the location is great, in a nice area and close to everything.

Perfect location in Guadalajara

Pros: Location!! Right place, close to all major avenues and in a busy business district with amazing restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: They are under renovations so I will only mention the space for the toilet seat.
Location: Restaurants, boutiques, pharmacies and overnight convenience stores within 3 small blocks.
To be fair I must say the hotel is going through renovations. The hotel and room were OK but the room seemed very old. The toilet space was small and a bit uncomfortable. The A/C didn't work and the hot water took a long time to come out. I was provided with a very nice portable A/C (fan) and that was more than enough for a comfortable stay. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall it was great place to stay in a business trip. An iron would have come handy but, then again, for US$42.00 -Tax In- I find it very reasonable. Not recommended for Honey Mooners or way too picky people.

great location but needs upgrading

THe staff were excellant and helpful. However, the place is in need of major upgrade. The rooms lack some basics (, coffee maker, micro wave,mini frig, chair etc. ). The pool was out of service. Maintenance work was in progress and pool was being refilled on my last day there. The plus is that the hotel has several great restaurants within a short walking distance. Cab service is excellant and affordable.

se encuentra deteriorado en general, falta mantenimiento. no funciona el aire acondicionado. no hay agua caliente. deficiente limpieza en áreas comunes. Es un hotel de ** y por lo tanto así lo deben anunciar y cobrar tarifas de acuerdo a ello

Hotel anticuado y mal servico en recepcion

Mala experiencia por falta de información por parte de recepcion, no tenian registrada mi Reserva, me querian hacer el crago nuevamente cuando yo ya habia hecho el pago por internet. Instalaciones descuidadas.

Las instalaciones del hotel están viejas y en malas condiciones. La limpieza es muy mala.

Ya que ademas por parte de nuestro dpto. de recepción no hubo una solución en poder ofrecerle otra opción de habitación ya que ademas contamos con Piso Ejecutivo.
