The hotel and its amenities are fantastic, but the some things just leave a lot to be desired. A few examples: - the wifi doesn't work, almost all pages we tried to use were blocked by the 'netnanny'. No Netflix, even YouTube. - when by the pool, after ordering drinks, they take 30-40 minutes to arrive, you cannot set up a TAB despite being a guest of the hotel, every time they bring a drink (after a lengthy weight) you have to pay, which is monotonous and annoying! - ordered pizza one night, the point of ordering pizza, so we didn't need to leave the room, front desk called and demanded that we go and meet the delivery driver at the front, a good 300 metres away. - after leaving the pool, dripping wet, return to our room, key does not work, use cell phone call the front desk who agree to send someone to open it (FANTASTIC) the man arrives and lectures us on how it is our fault the key doesn't work as we left it near a cell phone (NOT fantastic). - the shower in the room is so small and the water pressure so high that the bathroom floods when you shower.. - the walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING! People in the corridor, people 3 doors down arguing, add that to the renovations and it's a noisy place. I will say, the breakfast (135peso /person additional) is fantastic, booking through Expedia we received and excellent nightly tariff, the beds are comfortable, and the AC works great. Would we stay here again, nope. Would we recommend you stay here? Well,

Nice hotel - Close to Mall

Pros: Close to the mall, in a familiar area
Cons: Room service in the morning, instead of late afternoon.
Location: Near a mall, near a cinema, has everything within walking distance that's necessary.
Friendly staff, experience was better this time over my previous visit. I can only assume they are listening to the needs of the guests. I would consider this hotel because of familiarity and location.

Staff, professional and courteous! Highly recomendable and will visit when need be. Easy access to taxi services for reasonable prices!

Lack of Customer service

Their custumer service was not the best. I had a early fligth they did not have any rooms available. They said check back in at 1:00pm i come back at 1:30pm and still no rooms available. But i saw other people who came before me and were checked in. Their was no aticipation. When i was finaly checking in the girl at the desk was not curtios she was distracted talking to her co workers about personal things instead of doing the proper check in. I have check in manny places but I have never had such a un tasteful expirience. I only checked in to this hotel due to my friends wedding.

Nice quiet hotel

Nice overall but the shower leaked on the floor. The grounds are well taken of. The bar near the pool was closed even though it was 85 everyday. Room service was good. I would stay there again.

Cleaning staff was sweet, prompt & thorough

Poor wi-fi, I had to ask 3 times for a code and only one worked. Room service claims to be 24hrs but really only till 11. Laundry service, decided they weren't going to do laundry one day but not inform me.
