Beautiful hotel and the staff is amazing. It was very clean and the location was close to the main hubs of Guadalajara.

Very happy stayed the hotel is in the center of the heart of Guadalajara. Everything was near and easy to get around. Extraordinary service, and staff every detail address and met. I do recommend staying in this hotel. If I have a future opportunity to come again I will select this service again. My respect and admiration to maintain and continue maintaining this quality services for people who travel. Thank you, again! Great location. Very nice and clean. The staff we came across was great. We arrived early morning and they were able to accommodate an early check in. The breakfast buffet is good. The only complaint I have is that 2 dresses went missing from one of our luggage bags. So make sure you are aware of your belongings .

This place is magical. As soon as you walk in your first words will be “wow” guaranteed. Very beautiful in every aspect and the breakfast buffet is delicious too.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in.figuring out how to get to our bus early the next morning. Bookaway app had given us incorrect directions for our pick up location. They made sure that we got to the right place at the right time!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you to Mario and Dahlia and our taxi driver.

I really love the architecture of the property. The staff is very friendly and overall the hotel is very clean. Outside of the hotel is very noisy and you can hear it inside.

Hotel Morales is absolutely gorgeous! The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Their restaurant has great food and great room service. The hotel is within walking distance of Guadalajara’s most important sites.

This used to be a five star property. No longer. It is now a staging area for migrant travel. They come in by the busload, stay for a week until visas come thru, then leave. They say the visas are from Canada. They are coming in from southern Mexican cities and further south. A couple of times, I did not feel safe. The staff so what they can, but this new situation is out of their control.

A heritage property built in the late 1800s and fully refurbished in the early 2000s. The room was comfortable with dual pane windows that made it very quiet. There was no street noise at all. The air conditioning worked very well. The WiFi was stable and fast. The bed was ok. More storage in the bathroom would be welcome. The breakfast buffet was adequate, and did not seem like a decent value. However, dinner in the same restaurant was excellent. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved the transportation provided by the hotel. We used them to take 7 of us to and from the airport, to the Tequila Tour train station, and to and from Cantaritos el Güero. We felt safe and felt as though transportation was a great price. We also enjoyed how close this hotel was to other places. We walked a lot in the day time to different food locations and shopping areas and the farthest we had to walk was maybe 15 minutes. Great location.

we were greeted as soon as we entered the hotel, the lady at the front desk told us were getting upgrades on our rooms since we were VIPs, that was very nice, she informed us about all the things this VIP entitle and they were fantastic, we didn't use any of them since we were just spending one night, and had to leave at 2 am since we had to catch a very early flight. The hotel is at a great location, very close to the Cathedral and many dining options.

We stayed at this hotel because we wanted a historic building to experience the Historical Centro Guadalajara atmosphere. We could have stayed in a modern building on Plaza Armas for the same money but you can stay in a modern hotel anywhere. We wanted the feel of the historic area and this hotel offered that. It offered it in a very well maintained historic building with updated a/c, cable tv, bathrooms and security to make sure you always felt safe. We faced the sqaure and had a great view from our Juliette balcony of churches, the spires of the Cathedral, and the old city all around us. I say definitely stay here to experience historic centro Guadalajara! Restaurants, shoping, historical buildings, easy transportation options were all around the hotel!
