Centrally located

Easy access to Uber and every other form of transportation. The staff was very helpfull and courteous. This was our third time here.

Rooms are not soundproofed

Lots of partying and noise along the hallways until the wee hours of the morning. I complained but nothing was done.

Excellent service!!

The hotel was really clean and well organized, the staff is extremely friendly! The go above and beyond to please you as a customer, one day me and my girlfriend were hungry late night, we did not know where to go or even if there was anything open at that time. I just called reception and they order us tacos from a taco restaurant and they delivered the tacos all the way from the store to my room. I have never been treated like that before. Amazing experience with the service

Ok hotel

Pros: Average price staff ok.
Cons: Dirty bed sheets and located in a rough place.
Location: Nothing nearby. Didnt feel safe walking around especially at night.
Beds are not clean. Location is in a rough place. No shopping or food around.

Good atmosphere

Pros: The staff they were awsome!!
Cons: Lighting in rooms,only (4) TV channels need a lot more,wire less a bitt slow
Location: Lots to do if you like walking. Lots of cops careful driving.
8 Days love the staff. Food was good needed more variety. Parking was tough narrow underground parking small size cars only.

The location was near downtown/it was ok.

Pros: location and staff
Cons: Elevator would be nice
Location: Near downtown made it easy to visit the Cathedral and other tour sites. It was also near a Walmart which made it easy to shop for basic stuff.
The room was very small and there was no elevator which made it very difficult for my wife to climb to the 2nd floor. The room had no view and the restroom door was not closing properly. Staff was very helpful and courteous and location was great.

Easily my worst hotel experience. I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel is not as described. I have been here 7 nights, and was able to get a good rest only ONE. The first 4 nights, there were many rooms full of middle school boys and families with young children, talking loud, going in and out of each other's rooms, laughing, with doors slamming often etc. until around midnight. After them, I had ONE BLESSED night of sleep, but subsequently have had some SUPER discourteous, loud neighbors. One family leaving their door open, letting kids could go in and out of room laughing, talking loud etc. until about 1am. Next, a group of silly, loud girls coming back at about 3am, continuing their party with some visiting boys and again, LEAVING THEIR DOOR OPEN. I have no idea what they could be thinking! All in all, the staff has been sympathetic, but seem powerless to help. I am amazed at the clueless people that seem to be drawn to this hotel. Don't stay here if you want to rest during the night, and especially don't get a room that faces Independencia unless you don't mind endless highway and construction sounds. If you want to have a party and leave your room door open without any thought of others, then this is the PERFECT place for you, with the thin doors, a hall layout that invites running, and a front desk staff who won't be able to hear you from below.

Nice quick trip to go see family just stay one day but every one on the hotel was very friendly.oh nice breakfast buffet love it..
