Could be so much better.

Burn hole in sheet. Shoe print on sheets. Shower would not drain. Pool never cleaned with a layer of scum on top. Maids take water from pool to mop!! Key stopped working several times. Nails all over parking area that we had to pick up. And noisey. Shares parking with strip club. Best thing is that it is across from Plaza Del Sol, which is great.

Great Value for Price paid!

Need to enhance internet conection. Breakfast is nice. Room was clean and goof size for 4. Key program failed one day and receptionist told to ask housekeeping to open the door. I don't think that is safe at all. Nice location near to what we needed. Thank you!

Dirty, Old, and Rundown Room

The pictures they post online show a very different place than where my wife and I stayed. I wonder if all those positive reviews we read online were from employees, or paid reviews from someone else. AC was not working, there is not phone in the room, so when I needed to call front desk I had to use my personal cellphone. Bedding was dirty and stained. Bed sheets were too small and old for matress, bathtub was so disgusting, that I had to wear sandals in order to avoid touching floor with my bare feet. Very old furniture and tv. Very misleading!!! Never will stay there again!

Horrible place, was full of baby spiders and mosquitos. When asked to be moved to another room refused and would not refund money. Terrible customer service

Worst service ever

I checked in to this hotel with 2 other people. The service was horrible from the moment I we walked in to the lobby. No friendly greeting. Couldnt find my reservation that I made through Expedia. Wouldn't give me wifi to pull up the confirmation. After 20 minutes of me trying to get my email through my aunts phone, she makes him look again and there it is! Go up to the room, sheets are full of stains, bathroom has mold, walls are covered with different stains. I asked to cancel our stay, they said we would be charged for the two nights anyways. So we stayed. I will never stay here again and I advise that you stay elsewhere. Lafayette hotel in the Chapultepec area is clean and has good service.

Ac has not temperature control windows do not seal

Ac has no temperature control, windows don't seal correctly there were a lot of mosquitos inside the room

Reasonable.

Pros: breakfast,car parking,swimming pool,location
Cons: Wireless internet.
Location: Historical center worthy to visit 5-6km. Definitely Lucha Libre Mexicana at Arena Colliseo - funny and intense.
Hole package - breakfast,car parking,swimming pool,location - good value Wireless - fails a lot, apparently - "nothing can be done" Staff and security very nice, helpfull and friendly - except older bearded bully at night service- rather unpleasant. But has field for improvement. At overcrowded and busy City as Guadalajara - definitely worthy stay
