The staff was great except for two, i gave them 5 stars for this but the concierge and parking garage person i had to deal with were horrible. What i liked was that shopping and places to visit were within walking distance. The rooms were nice but the towels were old, the linen was stained. I want to thank the staff that was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

This hotel need to upgrade wifi better. If u r in 2,3,4 floor. It was bad wifi won’t do you good so I had to go down and sit in lobby to get better wifi signal.
