Great location

Posted Jan 2, 2017
Pros: Great location, within walking distance of everything, including Tour Buses which take your everywhere; worth the trip.
Cons: Heated pool will attract more customers. The terrace is underutilized.
Location: Superb restaurants. Must do Tequila Tour. Tlaquepaque is an artisan delight. Check Chapultepec avenue at night, great, great bar scene at night with
Great place to stay. Rooms are spotless. Breakfast menu and prices very reasonable. Location is great. Swimming pool should be heated.

We go there at least 3 times a year and we always stay at the hotel Roma. The customer service is perfect and the rooms are very well kept. It's clean and just great for anytime you wish to visit the beautiful city of Guadalajara.

Excellent location, comfortable, great staff.

Location: Location was perfect, there was lots of stores to shop. Great restaurants around as well as small taquerias for a quick bite. Town square also close.
The price id great, room is very comfortable and safe. I stayed in a room facing the back walking ally with a view to the cathedral and other shopping. Enjoyed every morning the smell of the food and watching people walk. The room has AC, but I could also open the windows.

Nice hotel in the historic center.

Their pillows are not too comfortable. There was slight mildew around the drain of the wash basin. The staff very prompt and helpful and doorman always helpful in greeting us and picking up the car at the door and drive it to the garage

Rooms are great, clean, modern. Staff excellent, very friendly. Food at the restaurant was NOT good, but there are many restaurants around, so that was not a problem. I would come back.

Through the walls.

Posted Feb 28, 2016
Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Add more insulation between rooms and hallways.
Location: Museums and shopping
The hotel is old. You can hear clearly the conversations and other goings-on in the adjacent room and hallway. What an annoyance. We were on the first floor and the view is a cement wall. I guess the appeal of this hotel is the price and location.

Was not informed of pet policy. They refused a refund.
