You can beat the safety and everything surrounding this location. Staff and room cleanliness were awesome. The only issue I had was the lackluster kitchen. Don’t expect much when ordering room service.

Luxury Awaits
If you want to shop until you drop, this is the location for you! From luxury brands to more accessible labels, there is something for everyone. The hotel was wonderful and we opted for the club access which we used and enjoyed fully. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There are many options for dining in the area as well. If you are looking to walk around and get the flavour of old Guadalajara, this is not the right location. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a luxurious shopping experience.
