I won't stay here again. Too many issues

It looked good online. It is an Intercontinental, after all. I was traveling on business with three other people, so booked four rooms for three nights at the hotel. My first impression after arriving was that the check in staff were not very friendly. Ok, maybe I was tired. I had just come from spending 10 days in Mexico City and it was the last few days of my trip. I went to my room, on the executive wing of the 17th floor, and noticed how dark it was. I kept looking for lights (there were a surprising number of switches, some which did nothing), but to no avail. The bathroom was so dark that I wasn't able to shave.
We went down to the Intercontinental Club only to find that there is a two hour window of snacks and free wine, beer, and pop. It was after 8 pm, so we found a convenience store and bought some snacks.
As a business traveler, I expect an internet connection. The floor I was staying on had a connection, however, there wasn't enough signal to navigate. I called and asked for support, and for two days I was told they were going to fix it. I spent a lot of time on the phone with their tech support as well. They even charged me for additional speed (it did nothing). The maid mentioned that the internet in that part of the hotel didn't have a good signal. So, they knew and were just giving me the run around. Check out time, and they tried to charge me for the "quicker" internet (meant for work...a rip-off), as well as a 30 minute call to tech support
