Family Trip to Guadalajara

3 day stop in GDL during our 10 day trip to Mexico. Excellent location right across the street from Plaza Del Sol (shopping and restaurants) and right in the Expo area if you traveling for business as well.

Great stay at Guadalajara!

Pros: Staff was very accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel at home.
Location: Plaza Sol is located just across the street from the hotel; the mall has lots of stores and restaurants to catch a quick bite.
Many things make this hotel great, from the service provided by its staff members, to the varied breakfast buffet and location of it. It is a great place to stay at, with a mall just across the street with stores, supermarkets and restaurants.

Cómodo y con muy buen desayuno

Cons: El aire acondicionado
Location: Cerca del centro de convenciones
Muy cómodo aunque ya un poco viejas las habitaciones, eso si con muy buena regadera, un poco lejos de donde yo circulaba, pero súper bien ubicado para los que van al centro de convenciones

Needs more friendly people

Cons: Service in restaurant. I will tell you, what they have will not work for me.
Location: Locations was possible the best thing, local stores, etc
The front desk employee were nice but the restaurant people were the worse. I paid extra for better rooms and the club amenities, however it was the worse service. I decided to buy my own food and eat out. I hope the company changed their service. I was surprised because I stayed there once and it was much better, I do not think I will be back and possible will not recommend to our employees to do there.

Best way to end a mexico trip

When traveling to michoacan this time we decided to fly from guadalajara, it was by far the best choice to spend one night at this hotel definitely helps you feel good and excited to be there. My family and i were in some of the hottest areas of mexico and coming to this hotel as our last location was the best idea its beautiful. If you get offered an upgrade we also recommend you take it!

Very nice but not what we spect.

The Hotel is beautiful its in a great location close to alot of places where you can have fun and enjoy Guadalajara. My wife & I were a little disapointed with the staff they were not as active/Interactive comparing to other places were we have been. I don't felt like we were treated like where specting to be treated.

Housekeeping failed to leave clean drinking glasses 7 out of 7 times Housekeeping failed to clean our room and did not do so until repeated calls at 11:30pm

Great staff, poor room service

Room service took twice as long to arrive and orders were not followed through correctly. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

ME VI OBLIGADO A CAMBIARME DE HOTEL PORQUE HABÍA INSECTOS EN LAS HABITACIONES, EN LA PRIMERA HABITACIÓN EN LA CAMA, PEDÍ CAMBIO DE HABITACIÓN Y ME CAMBIARON A OTRO PISO Y EN OTRA ALA, AL DÍAS SIGUIENTE ME DI CUENTA QUE ESTABA IGUAL, FUI E HICE MI CHECK OUT.
