This beautiful retreat is secluded, peaceful, and truly feels like a place to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. They offer a variety of yoga classes, sound healing, hikes, and advanced treatments and therapies. Because this is a very small resort, it has a wonderfully intimate, family like atmosphere. The staff is absolutely incredible, warm, caring, and genuinely attentive. Shout out to Edmond & Lisbeth for the warm reception and deep conversations, to Carlos that made sure everyone is training their most important muscle: your smile 😊 and to all the wonderful staff members serving the nourishing meals to name a few: Andres, Juan, Karina, Pablo!!
