“I selected Hacienda Vittoria as the location for my Rest & Recoup Retreat and when I tell you it checked all of the boxes! Each guest was able to have their own rooms with bathrooms, the pool was beautiful, the views were amazing, and the hostess, Pia, was out of this world! She helped coordinate transportation, the private chef, personal rides, recommendations, tours, everything!! Whatever she's getting paid needs to be increased immediately! Louisa and Gilbert were also amazing and were……

“The staff are lovely and helpful, sadly the Aircon just made a lot of noise but failed to provide any cool air .... only really a problem during the day as the night was cool. The cabin itself was fine but the gardens and ponds are a bit sad. ”

“Hotel is outdated but very well located in a very nice neighbourhood. Also, be aware that the city train starts at 515am and is extremely loud, especially if you’re sleeping with the window opened due to no AC in the rooms. The staff were super nice and extremely helpful.”

“Beautiful property. Brand new modern and clean. Great quiet location with beautiful mountain views at the pool. The only issue was that the one-bedroom unit does not truly sleep 4. It is advertised to sleep 4, but the pullout sofa converts to a bed which is only twin-sized. We have small kids so one slept in the queen bed with us and we made it work. Just be aware that this should be a 3-person max. We would definitely stay again if there was a larger unit with more beds.”
