Disappointing all the way around . We weren't expecting luxury , but I did expect more . When we arrived ,They couldn't find our updated reservation info , no hotel information unless we asked each question specifically , room baseline is not clean , refresh attempts not finished . Bathroom ceiling repainted but paints drips onto tile never removed , huge square hole cut into walls for various reasons metal panel placed over hole and painted-not neatly , not smoothed , paint and other materials not cleaned from floor , safe in room non functional ,
AC cannot keep room cool unless you have black out curtains pulled so you can't see the gorgeous view outside ( Bayview no longer exists ) mattresses are not comfortable , weekend manager cannot make reservation decisions , parking is difficult 4 out of 5 days . no in room or basic information for hotel - where is pool , laundry , ice , fitness center , parking options . Finest center - sad ! laundry room ceiling waiting to cave in - apparently it did before we left there no use of in hotel laundry last day .
