Great view from the center of the island

Posted Nov 29, 2016
Pros: The size of the rooms, the view from the balcony.
Cons: Painting the exterior, more towels, washcloths, and spots to park for checking in.
Location: The resort has restaurants, pools, and a gym. All other island attractions are 20 minutes away. Rental car is required.
The hotel is situated in the middle of the island in its own resort. Driving up in our rental car, it is a huge complex. Upon closer examination of the buildings on the site, they were quite aged, and in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint. We expected to be able to park under, or near the marquis, near the front door of the lobby, but were immediately shuffled away into a distant parking lot to check in. Upon arrival of the lobby, we were immediately greeted by a very friendly staff, who had our package ready to go, and expedite the check in process, and took plenty of time to explain the grounds, and available hotel amenities. We then made our way to the building where our room was, parked, and went into the room. It was a huge apartment, with dishes and a living room, and full kitchen with a washer and dryer. The room was clean and smelled nice. Each separate bedroom had two medium size beds. Driving from the complex to most places on the island takes approximately 20 minutes. Initially, we only had three towels for the six of us, but after asking a few times, we finally got enough towels in the room for one each.

hotel is a bit old and remote

Posted Sep 3, 2016
hotel is 15 mins drive away from the closest shopping area, and facilities are a bit old, and the price i paid for the hotel isn't really justified.

Nice hotel in the hills.

Posted Aug 1, 2016
It was a nice place to stay to get away from the noise. Loved the view and its surroundings. Would recommend this as a staycation to my friends. My only concerns is that the roomed had a very strong musty smell and floors obviously dirty. Our feets were black just from walking barefoot in the rooms.

Couches were very firm and uncomfortable. Shower did not drain and there was always standing water in the middle of the barhroom.

Great hotel, beautiful scenery!

Posted Mar 21, 2016
I enjoyed my stay thoroughly, but was disappointed that the gym facilities were free only for the residents. I'm assuming it was the same way with the other facilities, such as the pool, but I can't say for sure.

Remote Hotel with Possibilities, Great Golf

Posted Dec 2, 2015
Pros: Great golf courses, good pools for the kids, and good walking and jogging paths.
Cons: Hiold training n customer relations and look at policies that affect how a customer veiws the hotel. Clean the carpets in the rooms.
Location: Many things on the isand to do and easy to get around,
Arrival and check-in went smoothly. After check-in proceed to the room and found parking ample for my car. Went to the room amd it looked good but found out that the flooring material, a sort of bamboo tile was dirty. If you walked on it in bare feet your sole would be very dirty but they did provide disposable slippers to help address this problem. The hotel complex is very large and the units we were staying in were a bit distant from the main hotel, resturants and children's pool area. Went to go to breakfast but found that all the parking near the front of the hotel had been secured for a function that was to be held in the hotel that evening. There is transportation available by van from the units but since I was already out we went to breakfast out in the town.Very sad that the paying guests were not allowed to use the parking lot. Check in is at 3 pm and checkout is at 12 noon. I requested a late checkout when we were leaving and even though the room was open I was charged an additional 30% for the three hours I requested. A bit odd since you lose 3 hours on the last day due to the difference in check-in (3 pm) and checkout (12 pm). I felt that sine I payed for a day and a day is 24 hours then why not provide the addtional time as free. Also, they will not allow you to check in early even if the room is empty. Very poor mangement and customer relations. I asked to discuss with the Manager but was told he was not available.

Okay, but...

Posted Oct 12, 2015
Pros: The staff!!!! The staff!!! The staff!!!! The pool was nice too!
Cons: Bug control..... Beds for slightly taller people..... Haha!!! Clean the room's bath floors!!!
Location: With a rentacar, there's a lot to do. Agana Shopping Center, and the other malls are great. Also found an uncrowded beach!! Was it private??
First of all, it was a very majestic place, even though it could use a bit of renovation, but I do imagine that it's hard to preserve such a large facility and keep it affordable. The staff was super friendly, and very professional. Makes one feel special. They tried their best to get me 'unlost' on the way from the airport. I was expecting abundant street signs but they are visible only after you get to the 'correct' street(basically useless).... The room was nice and large, but the bed was too short, and the room had wayyyyy too many ants. I mean what seemed like a whole colony of them!!! Next time I will request a can of ant spray to bring to the room with me, and hope that it was just that I got an 'anty' room this time. Sorry to say, the breakfast was not up to my standards(the same that I can get at any discount hotel in Japan), so I didn't take a chance on eating another meal there because I didn't go to Guam to be disappointed by food. Now the great thing is that the scenery is beautiful, and having a rent-a-car to get around when and where you want to is the BEST way!!! That's why I gave it a 4 overall(probably more like a 3.6)...... I would consider staying there again.

nice place

Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: nice resort with comfortable rooms
Cons: more shuttle service
This is an excellent hotel but it costed us $50 by taxi to get there one way because they said there was no shuttle available at that time.
