Booked a weekend stay with my husband & two toodlers(2 & 4). Staff around the hotel were more welcoming & friendlier than the ones at the front desk/check-in counter. Our room was nice & clean with basic amenities. 3G cell data in the room & their WiFi is pretty much useless between 4pm - 6am. Kids enjoyed the pool of course, had to practically drag them out of it. Food was not that great, ordered takeouts instead. Coffee shop was decent. You have to walk a great deal to get to and from anywhere around the hotel pretty much, even the parking lot, didn’t really mind it though just felt bad for my poor kiddies.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. What I didn’t like was the wifi internet. Although I was getting good wifi signal I can’t access the internet. Some other times it was good though.

The staff is super friendly and the hotel is decent as far as cleanliness and aesthetics go. But, they placed me in Building B which is the ghetto of PIC. Not only is it super far and confusing to get to and from, but the beds were so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor, and the view is not great. Zero cushion on the bed, both my daughter and I had a hard time falling asleep, my daughter gave up and slept on the couch. I’ve stayed in Building A before the beds are better but it’s not amazing, but staying in the Main Tower is very nice. Beautiful view, comfortable beds, and nice amenities.

Needs more brush up- good location but old.
This place needs more brush up, very slow responses, old, if not for the pool activities- i would have to skip this place. the room cards we got keeps malfunctioning- great location but the place is old. Staff had slow responses for sure. not a good experience, comfort and cleanliness needs to improved

There were not many activities available, and there was no explanation about what we could/couldn't access. For example, I wanted to ask about the Cultural Hut or the Kids Play Room and they said 'oh, those haven't been used since COVID'. It is all up on the website so I assumed we'd have more to do. There were also no options for moving around the island other than expensive taxis. I recommend getting a rental car if you stay in this hotel.

All the staff from front desk gave me the inaccurate information. I didn't get correct information at the first time what I asked. They need to be trained for property information and regulations. 1. while check in, front desk staff couldn't explain how to get to oceana B from parking tower and insist me to use lobby to get oceana B. 2. when ask about waterpark information, got wrong info. - reservation for snorkeling, where to change towels. 3. when I request for room change due to noisy at midnight, called 4 times to guest service and explained the reason every time but at the front desk to get new keys finally, I couldn't get it at first time due to improper notice from front desk staff who made a call to my room. 4. During check-out, charged $25 for a missing room key without previous notice during staying.

All the staff were kind and responded actively to the request. The room condition was a bit old, but it was better than expected (based on the deluxe room). The circus, which can be seen with a gold card, was very interesting, and the water park was good, but the snorkeling aquarium had a lot of moss, and the lagoon for kayaks smelled bad because the water was not clean. It's the perfect resort for families to stay if the facility is repaired a little.

What a wonderful place to vacation. The water slides and access to snorkeling was outstanding. It is a ghost town with no lines anywhere because of the lack of tourists. Very few restaurants were open currently but this place is great and needs people to go there.
