The hotel was clean & well taken care of, the bedroom was cute and small, the bed was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was smaller than expected, and there is no exhaust fan nor air conditioning so it gets really warm and smelly. The shower did not drain properly.
Breakfast included was delicious, also good dinner and cocktails. The pool & garden area are beautiful and well taken care of.
Their cleaning staff, and restaurant staff is great. However, they need to improve big time on their concierge staff check in, check out - they really need more training, and to pay more attention: During check out, we were double charged, and then it took a long time to straighten up the bill. Our relatives were mistakenly checked in 1 night only, when it was clearly stated that it should be 2 nights, then they were called at 6AM next day to "check if they were still there..."
