Awful. The hotel has a policy of shutting off water in the evenings which they did not mention in their Hotels.com description. (I never would have booked a room if they did) Also, management didn't tell us when we checked in and there are no signs in the room saying water would be turned off. We found out about it when we got back to the hotel after dinner (hot day) and we couldn't take showers and flush the toilet.
Our room also did not always have hot water.
To make it worse, when I told the 2 ladies working there, one said she would fix the problem then ignored us and the other glared at me and made me feel like I shouldn't be asking her about it. Awful customer service.
How can they describe themselves as a 3 star and not have running water and hot water at all times? I would rate the hotel a 1 Star.

So sorry for your problems with the water. This issue was certainly not hotel policy, but rather a result of the drought situation we have been experiencing in this area for the last 3 years, which finally started to take effect on the town water supply. Actually we were all taken by surprise, as we received no warning that the town supply would be cut off for some periods. At other times there was very low water pressure which meant there was water, but not enough pressure to reach our solar water heater installed on the roof - so no hot water which you also experienced. Within a few days we had installed our own back up tanks to ensure the supply for our guests, but obviously there were serious problems until this was up and running.
Luckily since this time the rain has started and the town water supply is back. At the time we did explain the situation to all guests in-house as well as on check-in, and also posted information in the reception and breakfast areas. We also offered free breakfast and desserts as a gesture to your family - which might seem inadequate but the situation really was beyond our control. Our hotel policy is actually to find alternative accommodation for our clients in any extreme circumstances, an offer which was not taken up. Thank you for your concerns about the staff we will be investigating further.
