Issues to resolve.

I have stayed in this hotel in previous occasions with my wife. In this occasion we stayed with another couple visiting from the states. We were well greeted by staff, felt welcomed. Langosta Beach is truly beautiful the place to enjoy a sunset and get your camera out. The food was moderate, yet we felt the menu was repeated everyday we stayed it felt it was the same food over and over.
The most annoying part of our stay was in our bedrooms. We were placed in the 3rd story of the rooms. Where the water pressure did not reach our shower, so during our 4 day stay we had in both bedrooms truly bad experience showering. We called front desk told them about the issue which all they say was they would tell maintenance crew, then they told us the hotel was fully booked, which compromised the water pressure. Then to add to that our reservation included "exclusive" internet service, where we were given user name, and passwords, and the connection never worked for more than 3 minutes. We needed to be in contact with family members and check on emails which was impossible to do with this service.

We have taken good note of your remarks on the dining experiences and sincerely lament reading that we fell short of your culinary expectations on this occasion, although I would like to take the opportunity to point out that our Executive Chefs follow a two weeks menu rotation including a wide array of both local and international delicacies to cater for all diet requirements and please the most demanding palates, this is why we are sorry to read that we were not able to conquer yours and will make sure to discuss your critics with our team. On the other hand, related with water pressure, water has a regulation in our country and in some cases we do not have enough, however, we understand that you had some problems with it and we offer our sincere apology, in the future, if you can give us another opportunity, please contact us and we are going to try to solve the problem as soon as possible. Please be assured that your comments will be taken into serious consideration and that they will help us to improve our services. Once again, thank you for your time and despite the issues you have raised following your stay, we hope that Occidental Tamarindo will remain an option for your next holiday and that we will have the opportunity to restore your faith in our company in the near future.
