Beautiful, well located boutique hotel

Posted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: Everything mentioned above plus how clean housekeeping kept it and how quickly it was done. Loved fixing our own breakfast and lunch.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Located on one of the main streets that goes down to the jardin (garden) with lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of shops at el Centro.
We loved this hotel with it's large, well equipped kitchen and nice garden. Hotel is very well located and the staff is friendly and very helpful and had good English. It is well located within easy walking distance of the jardin and all the fun on the square. Would love to go back and stay longer. The courtyard of the hotel is pretty and restful and a nice place to sit and read or write or just relax. One of our favorite places we stayed on this vacation.

Good location in Centro, nice property, but unsafe

Posted Aug 10, 2015
I was pleased with the room, location, amenities and hotel in general. Unfortunately, on the third night of my stay my security was threatened when someone (with a key) entered the door of my suite and tried to gain access to the bedroom. With only a small latch on the inner door, I pushed furniture against the door and called a friend in Town to come and get me. It was a busy weekend and there was a group of young men drinking, disorderly and loud at the hotel that evening. I had really liked my stay up until this point. However, it does not matter how great the property is if one cannot feel safe in one's room. For that reason, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyable in all respects.

Pros: Truthfully, there was not a thing that I didn't like!
Location: The hotel is conveniently located in the busy historic district. It's just a short walk to the main square, steps from wonderful restaurants and shops
My friend and I just spent a week at Casa Mia Suites and it was a pleasure from beginning to end. The location is fabulous and convenient, close to the main square yet peaceful and quiet. Monica at the front desk was a delight, helpful and knowledgeable. The entire staff was warm and friendly. Our first floor suite was clean, spacious, bright and well appointed. Lovely small courtyard and rooftop deck with a view of the city. We will certainly return!

No nos dieron la habitación que pedí.

Posted Jul 13, 2015

Great location, great staff

Posted Jul 3, 2015
Room was clean, bathroom was larger then average. Full kitchen and dining table. Flat TV with several English channels. Room temp was comfortable but wish weather could have been a little cooler since there is not air condition. One portable fan provided. I would have preferred at least one more to circulate airflow. I did not ask for another but am sure they would have provide. We would not hesitate to book again.

Very nice hotel, walking distance to everywhere.

Posted Jul 1, 2015
Pros: Very clean, and close to everything we wanted to see.
Cons: Parking for rental cars.
Location: Close to excellent restaurants, and walking distance to the great chapel.
We requested a room to accommodate 4 people, and they give us a two floor room, with a great kitchen area and dinning table. We were able to play cards at night, and the room was very clean. Very nice employees . No parking available, only on the street , but they helps us to find a parking spot in front of the facility. We enjoy the room and the closeness to good restaurant and the beautiful churches.
