Very friendly and efficient staff. Beautiful hotel with nice rooms and comfortable beds. Had one of the best Hot Club sandwiches I've ever had at the restaurant/bar, and pricing was great!

The property has a lot of potential. The building is cute, but the location is a bit farther from Centro than what I had expected. The staff was helpful enough, but didn't really ever go above and beyond what we asked for. I was disappointed to learn that there is no A/C in the hotel, or in the rooms. For some reason, I thought there was A/C. That was probably my error. I asked for some extra pillows, but they said they didn't have any. I asked for a table fan, or a floor fan, again, they don't have them. There are ceiling fans, but the room was still extremely warm....borderline uncomfortable.

I had to report people smoking 3 times and all the smoke going in to my room. Had to sleep with door open no air conditioning. Very uncomfortable.

This is a beautiful property located outside of SMA, convenient location to avoid downtown traffic. It would be far to walk to the main church.

My wife & I loved it. Clean hotel friendly staff. Restaurant food was delicious and they have a shuttle to take you to the centro. I had them place rose 🌹 pedals on our bed for our anniversary. The wife loved it

The Hotel is very nice, clean. Our room master suite was wonderful! We arrived in the evening once check in we went to dinner in there restuarant. Service wasnt very good. We were the only ones there waited over 45 min for food. Appetizers were brought out after dinner?? Staff nice and friendly.

The hotel was gorgeous. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated in a Spanish Colonial style. The staff was friendly. We found several delicious and reasonable choices of small restaurants to eat at, just around the corner from the hotel.

Hacienda styled, fantastic value! King Suite had a sitting area & fireplace, two sets of french doors to the balcony. There was plenty of H2O w/cutest retro mini fridge. Decor made you feel at home. The bath had a vanity area w/ great lighting, sink, & shower/toilet area. The shower was big w/ lots of hot water pressure. The amenities were nice including conditioner, & vanity kit. The bed & linens were great. Nice courtyard w/sitting area. Pool was warm & refreshing. Spa was fantastic, one of the best massages we have had. We also got in around noon and the room was available. Breakfast was nice, best fruit / granola dish I had & was huge. Located near groceries, local’s flea market on Sunday, & tasty Birra spot Pechan. Definitely stay here again but couple of things to note: If you are VIP on Expedia you must ask for your food/spa discount card or they won’t give to you. Also, look at your bill as they show the discount but don’t take off on the cc. Had to get cash back & have them redo the bill. No shuttle service to town as advertised. Stayed 3 days, van was out front, but not running. Public bus just out front on main rd is 8 pesos (Take 8 or 9 bus). Uber and Didi had long waits. The botanical eco garden is a short 20 min walk. There is not gym. The room key is huge & you have to leave with them when you go out. There is NO AC but there is a great working fan above the bed and you can open the doors.

When we arrived, the towels that were in our bathroom were visibly dirty. That happened also in the spa, the towels that we were given to change into had obviously been used before. The food was good, but the menu was limited. The drinks were outstanding- probably the best thing about the hotel. If you do decide to stay here, then you need to speak & read Spanish, simply put. They do have 1 lady who speaks limited English, but she only works part of the day, on certain days. Most of the people who work there do not speak English.
