Nice Hotel, but very unhelpful staff. We tried to do an early check-out do to a personal emergency, which we understand very well can't always be accepted by the hotel/Expedia. However told us to contact Expedia because they couldn't help. We wasted more than 3 hours plus the cost of long distance calls to the Expedia customer service, to find out at the end that Expedia would call the hotel where the hotel answer would be "no". it is understandable that hotels have cancellation policies, however when you are in the middle of a trip trying to rearrange travel plans it is nice to know that the hotel staff is there to give you a hand and not to make you waste your time.
Also we were not very pleased with our room which was directly above the barbecue and therefore every time the kitchen was open, the smell of food gets into the room, and you can hear the noise from the kitchen staff.
The hotel is well located, and the two is very nice.
