Nice Hotel, but very unhelpful staff. We tried to do an early check-out do to a personal emergency, which we understand very well can't always be accepted by the hotel/Expedia. However told us to contact Expedia because they couldn't help. We wasted more than 3 hours plus the cost of long distance calls to the Expedia customer service, to find out at the end that Expedia would call the hotel where the hotel answer would be "no". it is understandable that hotels have cancellation policies, however when you are in the middle of a trip trying to rearrange travel plans it is nice to know that the hotel staff is there to give you a hand and not to make you waste your time. Also we were not very pleased with our room which was directly above the barbecue and therefore every time the kitchen was open, the smell of food gets into the room, and you can hear the noise from the kitchen staff. The hotel is well located, and the two is very nice.

unprofessional staff and discrimanacion by reservi

book a hotel room and was given a facility outside the hotel so I asked the manager to respect my reservation to which he replied that I made my reservation on Expedia and not responsible for it they were made . the room was dirty, the water heater did not work, the manager behaved rudely and told me that if I was not as got another hotel so I had no choice. I am not satisfied and would like a refund

Desde que te reciben se nota el trato cálido del personal, las habitaciones con excelentes diseños, el ambiente muy relajado. Está muy céntrica su ubicación. También tomamos unas bebidas en el bar y los barmans muy atentos. Definitivo será parte de nuestras próximas visitas a San Miguel. Felicidades a todo el personal

El precio no corresponde a lo ofrecido

Tuvimos complicaciones desde la llegada para estacionarnos, tuvimos que esperar y dar vueltas al pueblo para poder estacionarnos, había muy mala coordinación entre los empleados, estuve esperando parada por mi habitación pues el lugar no ofrece donde sentarse, tuve que pedir una silla. La habitación muy chica en comparación con lo que se ve en la página.

Muy cómodo , bonito y confortable , excelente vista y preciosa terraza , muy recomendable . El servicio extraordinario y el personal del hotel sumamente amables !
