Good area, close to town. Spacious rooms, especially the master suite, that's awesome!

A cozy place in a sea of internationalism

Posted Jul 12, 2016 on Hotels
Excellent place in the center of the city. Everything was within walking distance and accessible. Lots of small restaurants with an international flair from Uruguayan steaks to English style Asian curries. The hotel lacked a bit of flair and friendliness. Overall a must for the traveler who plans on sleeping in the hotel and spending the rest of the day sightseeing

Picturesque and cute hotel

Posted Jul 7, 2016
The location is good, close to the plaza and restaurants. The rooms are really picturesque. I really like the decor everywhere in the hotel. The rooms were not very comfortable. the Windows were not seal in my room so it was very noisy. Lots of traffic passing by until very late each night. the staff Wes very nice and friendly. They have a very good and small restaurant but the service was super slow as everything else in San Miguel. I would recommend it for that price. Make sure to bring your repellent because we had a lot of problems with mosquitos in the room.

Rustic Clean and Friendly

Posted Feb 17, 2016 on Hotels
Enjoyed my stay. Liked, the outside balcony table chairs overlooking the inner courtyard. Loved having french windows and my view over the rooftops. Hotel is quite rustic, room sparsely furnished but very clean beds was comfortable, Service is good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Not luxury accommodation but safe, the reception area is staffed 24hours and there are security cameras. There was no safe in my room to lock away passports etc so you will need an alternative.WIFI spotty but the is the case almost throughout the town. Central location.Room was inexpensive I got what I paid for. Awesome coffee shop close by for morning coffee and there is tea shop across the road that sells lovely teas.
