I don’t usually write reviews but I left like I really needed to for this stay. Let me start off by saying this needs to be removed from Expedia VIP Access. I chose this hotel because it had a VIP Access so I thought it was a great pick.
Check in was at 3 or 4 can’t remember, we arrived earlier, asked if the room was ready said yes and we were happy they let us check in earlier. The staff was really nice.
Got to our room fell in love at first sight, it was cute, the view was nice. Little by little we started to notice things.
The sheets and comforter were stained/dirty.
The bathroom did not flush very well.
When taking a shower the water wouldn’t drain, when I went to the lobby and talk to the front desk they told me to use the next room’s bathroom. As if they knew about the issue and just refused to fix it.
I had booked the presidential suite, when I walked down the hallway I saw another room say presidential suite. When I ask front desk about it they advised me that didn’t have it available (they downgraded me without telling me). When I asked for a refund on the difference I paid they said no it’s based on availability.
At night it gets a windy. Since there’s doors to the balcony, they were banging all night and could hardly sleep.
The curtains were not big enough for the windows and had holes, when morning came the beaming sunlight shined threw.
The refrigerator did not work.
Housekeeping cleaned the room despite the do not disturb sign.
