"Clean and comfortable"

Pros: Quiet and close to bus station.
Cons: Toilets (over flow)
Location: Ten minutes from the airport. We were on our way to San Miguel so appreciated that it was five minutes from bus station.
It was a short taxi ride from the airport and very close to the bus station. Uber is available! We did not eat at the on-site restaurant though it looked inviting and had a vibe player during breakfast.

Service as it should be

Pros: It's excellence!
Bernice did a wonderful job booking us into the right room for my husband and I's needs. The room was 5 stars and I can't think of a thing that could've made it better. Julio the driver made us feel like we were his best friends. The breakfast was better that we've ever had. The service and the way it was all prepared was excellent. It was also very quite in the room. The hotel is beautiful and first class. I will positively go there again if and when I am back in Leon.

Expensive for what it is

They do not honor reservations as they are made. Usually give the worst rooms the y hace first. The man at the reception was rude.

Way to small !!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: reception
Cons: internet room space
Location: way too far from the entrance
The area, staff and room conditions were great ! BUT the room is way to small and you can hear noises from other rooms ! ... the beds are uncomfortable... poor internet reception
