Could be better

Went to funeral, arrived at 8am from airport. Inquired prior to arrival early check in, they said maybe. On day of, early check in was forbidden, even if you offer to pay for it. We took a nap in the parking lot. Reception staff is arrogant. Hotel is beautiful, clean, very quiet, the bell man was very helpful, nice gym, good restaurant service. Some of the room outlets were not working even with the room card inserted. The toilet flusher would get stuck. Drainage stench by the pool area.

First of all, we feel sorry for the loss of the beloved person you came at the funeral.
We have analyzed with lots of attention your comments regarding this past experience at our hotel.
We really thank you for the good comment, and as well for the unfortunate situation you came thhrew with our reception staff. We apology for such situation. Unfortunately, there was not much we could offer you that morning at that specific momento as the hotel was full the night prior, Certainly we could have anyway anticipated it some how giving priority to earlier departure guest meanwhile you would have had your breakfast.
We thank you for trusting in our service and product, we hope to see you once agains, we will make sure to provide with a much better experience in as well a better situation.
