I reserved on line, Apparently when you do that, they don't have to disclose the condition of the hotel. The pool was out of service, there was remodeling going on, AND you have to pay for the buffet. The buffet was almost gone at 9:20 am, food was cold, the woman making the omelettes was not happy to be there, very disappointing and not worth the price.
