Took a cab back to hotel, something was wrong with my alipay and i didnt have cash to pay for the $20 rmb cab fare. The conceirge manager, a balding middle aged fellow came along and didnt offered any solutions and just told me coldly and sarcastically that he cant help. If the conceirge service couldnt even offer a solution to as hotel guest, like charge it to room or offered to help settle the small fare first, what sort of service could they render? As a paying customer trying out your hotel for the first time, im appalled by the snobbish conceirge manager. Please dismiss this kind of rude and irrelevant staff from your establishment.

Overall very good except when check-in took a while to find out my fully paid booking of two rooms. After confirmation of my bookings could not assign two rooms according to my requirement - same floor close to each other. Had to compromise with king size bed instead of two twin beds before assigned two adjacent rooms on same floor. Otherwise location and my two nights stay was okay. The breakfast was also up to standard and expectation.
